This article is very short and to the point and implies a lot without saying much. I like it! It's got a fun vibe that I haven't seen done a lot before. Whenever there's some undescribed threat I always end up drawing tentacles for some reason. They're just easy to draw and fun to animate.

I wanted to try something similar to the familiar black and white clinical-y graphics people use for a while now and the public interaction tone of this article seemed fitting for it! I asked on Twitter whether I should use dithering or not and people really liked the dithering it on a small scale but it did not turn out well in the final piece so I ended up not using it. You can kinda see me messing with it in the video. Thank you to everyone who offered their thoughts, though!
