**Special Containment Procedures:** [[span class="oldtext"]] Travel to either the Republic of Ireland or Northern Ireland for any foundation personnel is completely forbidden unless approved by staff with level 4 clearance or above. Any staff that is known to already be affected by SCP-9102 at level 1 only should not enter or leave the island unless given the same clearance. No staff presenting with SCP-9102 delusions greater than level 2 should leave the island, and all staff should be wary of Irish tourists, maintaining a distance at all times.

So far, amnestic treatment to remove or mitigate the effects of SCP-9102 on SCP-9102-1 instances have been unsuccessful. As such, known SCP-9102-1 instances that are not employed by the foundation are to be monitored for suspicious activity and detained if they are deemed to be in any danger concerning SCP-9102. SCP-9102-1 instances at level 2, 3, or 4 should be immediately evacuated from Dublin for their own safety. SCP-9102-1 instances at level 5 are considered lost, and no efforts should be made to help them.

The disappearances and abductions division are to be vigilant in discovering instances of SCP-9102-1 that have been terminated by SCP-9102 before the public do. Should any non-foundation personnel discover the anomalous traits of SCP-9102-1, class-G amnestics should be administered.[[/span]]

**Description:** [[span class="oldtext"]] SCP-9102 is the belief within all citizens of the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland, henceforth SCP-9102-1, that there is a functioning rail system within the city of Dublin. This belief is so strong that it is capable of manifesting corporeal rail services that SCP-9102-1 instances can use to transport themselves around the city through a xenocosmological pocket dimension, henceforth known as SCP-9102-2.

The severity of SCP-9102 delusions vary greatly depending on the SCP-9102-1 instance. These variations result in SCP-9102-2 manifesting in entirely different ways at five observable levels of increasing rarity. These are:[[/span]]

[[span class="oldtext"]] One notable method for determining the level of delusion in any SCP-9102-1 instance is to perform photography based testing. This takes advantage of the fact that any recordings taken by SCP-9102-1 instances will not reflect reality, but rather the presentation of SCP-9102-2 they are observing. This is the only reliable testing method for level of SCP-9102 delusion.

Quantities of β-D-glucan have been found in SCP-9102-1 instances blood, with a positive correlation between pg/mL observed and level of delusion present. Due to the lack of antibody tests for any particular fungal infection concerning SCP-9102, the type of infection within SCP-9102-1 instances is unidentifiable. As such, this correlation is likely a coincidence and should not take up any more of the containment team's time.[[/span]]

The infrastructure of stations at level 4 presents as noticeably more nonsensical; slides are commonplace as a means of navigating between platforms, rail announcements are noticeably more impetulant and crass, and operating elevators requires complex equations to be solved rather than simply selecting a number in order to choose a floor. Despite this, all SCP-9102-1 instances seem to find the navigation process intuitive.

Stations present on level 4 delusions are representative of metaphysical and cultural concepts. Should an SCP-9102-1 instance choose to disembark at one of these conceptual stations, they will be influenced to perform actions that are in line with the represented concept.[[footnote]] See addendum 10. [[/footnote]]

Stations present on level 5 appear to be entirely nonsensical in nature. All recording equipment seems to fail when SCP-9102-1 instances engage with level 5, and as such testing surrounding mapping and exploration has failed.

[[span class="oldtext"]]SCP-9102 is able to terminate SCP-9102-1 instances [[/span]] when they reach level 5 delusions. After an SCP-9102-1 instance disembarks from any station on the lines seen in level 4 delusions, the instance will have a period of anywhere from a few days to several months until they will suffer from what is known as a displacement episode, where the subject disappears, only to turn up at a presumably random location with the city of Dublin, terminated and missing its brain.

**Addendum 9102-10:** Testing commenced on D-Class personnel on 03/21/2025. The main goal of testing was to explore SCP-9102-2 from the perspective of level 4 deluded SCP-9102-1 instances. If the need arose, D-Class were forcibly moved up to higher levels of delusion.
