RAISA early warning protocols detected inexplicable code within files related to SCP-9240 prior to their upload to the SCiPNet servers. As per protocol, all digital documents related to SCP-9240 were placed within an exclusionary server partition to protect the database from potentially antagonistic programs/anomalous-code.

Accessing this exclusionary partition with a civilian device of any kind will incur heavy penalties no matter your station. This restriction has been put in place due to concerns for exposing the inexplicable code to wireless, non-encrypted transmission vectors.

Accessing this exclusionary partition is only possible upon receiving a security key from an authorized RAISA agent. Further access into each individual document requires unique access keys that have been fragmented and are held by multiple personnel over this anomaly. Personal Access key afforded by your station are not accepted in this use-case.

As per protocol in such cases where documents require authorization by multiple personnel to access, bracketed-phase code fragments are used. In the case where a document requires several full passcodes, series of fragments will be used.
