This database has been restricted to all but The Administrator, the 05-Council, the Ethic Committee Chairman, RAISA Director, and few select personnel with direct insights into SCP-9240.

RAISA has cleared the encrypted Directory for all traces of the anomalous virus infecting the server partition these files reside in, with it's origin being identified as the initial warning message sent by the Coalition of Foundations.
