++ Synopsis:

Following standard procedure in documenting newly contained anomalies, a digital copy of its corresponding ADA was both uploaded to an exclusionary server partition to be cleared of infectious anomalous properties and uploaded to the trans-universal shared database with the 1871 Coalition of Multiversal Foundations.

5 mins and 32 seconds after the initial upload, all communications with the Coalition went completely dark and a single data packet followed the communications blackout. The sent message identified SCP-9240 as a "Primary Threat Entity", differentiated the subject as two distinct anomalous objects, and stated that our universe was quarantined until the Coalition's demands regarding the subject were met.

Upon Senior RAISA staff investigating the data-packet further, an anomalous virus was discovered that despite being dispersed throughout the data-packet as a proposed method of camouflage, clearly had the structure of either an AIC or an Uploaded-Intelligence. This virus was seemingly dormant, and held no signature of being a malicious act by the Coalition. Anomalously, the virus prevented any data on the exclusionary server partition from being deleted or otherwise being damaged/disposed of.

Due to the protocol requiring all new digital documents to be uploaded to an Exclusionary server partition for  a minimum of 15 days, the anomalous virus was not able to interact with the SCiPNet database or integrated systems.

Recent information from the RAISA Director suggests that the virus was not intentionally placed, and is in a dormant state, dispersed throughout the data-packet. Although unconfirmed, this virus appears to have the structure of an AIC neural-net.

**05-1:** Great, another one of those "constructed-intelligences"... for a moment, let's assume the Coalition doesn't know about this virus at all. For it to be attached to a message related to SCP-9240 when 1000s of prior communications between us and the Coalition have taken place, it's likely directly connected to this anomaly.

**05-6:** You're suggesting that this could be a means of surveillance and/or attack by the entity described in the Coalition data-packet... given the supposed threat the entity poses, I wouldn't put such an act against it.

**05-8:** With what is known of the multiverse as a whole, even with targeting variants of itself as a means of proliferation, it would be spread thin... Such an assumption isn't unfounded. I'd suggest locking all instances of that message down in an exclusionary server.
