**Truncated Description:** SCP-1032-011 is one of 26 hands on the clock [[[*/scp-1032 | SCP-1032]]]. Like all other hands, whenever 011 reaches the 12'o clock position, a "Midnight Event" occurs, in which the entity, state, or concept written on the hand comes to an end, and the text on 011 changes. The text of 011 has so far always referred to political events like the change of a president or the end of a nation.

**Incident-011:** 12 hours before the Containment Breach of Site-CB, 011 switched from its prior text to "The Mounting Pressure on Site-CB[[footnote]]While captured on camera, each observer has reported a different Site number they associated with SCP-9341. As per standard protocol, it will continue to be referred to solely as Site-CB[[/footnote]]" and the hand reset to the midnight position, resuming at the pace of a normal hour clock hand.

The daily inspection of SCP-1032 occurred 10 minutes before the Containment Breach and did not reach Director Rosewood in time.

After its Midnight Event, 011 reverted to its prior position and text. 

Since this incident, personnel observing SCP-1032 have on occasion noted divergences on 011 from what is depicted in the camera log (still listing its prior text). 

Different texts in these divergences have included 
* "Peace of Site-02" (Observer was not able to estimate time of Midnight Event)
*  "[[[*/secure-facility-dossier-site-118 | Hubris of Site-118]]]" (estimated end .ca 2021)
* "[[[*/the-siege-of-site-19 |Occupation of Site-19]]]" (estimated end .ca 2020)

The origin of these irregularities remains unknown.
