Have we learned nothing?

How can this be the response to the largest Containment Breach we had in recent history? We know what caused this. What led to it. This is not the time to double down.

Further restricting any contact D-Class have with other personnel and each other will not help, because they already had next to no contact to anyone. The Full Employee Retention program is a cruel joke, and the fact I know enough to say this to you means it has already failed, no matter how many of them you transfer to Sites of unknown faces.

And don't forget that the D-Class didn't cause the breach. At best, these new policies will just make the cleanup of the next breach easier, not prevent it. At worst, these new restrictions will just add pressure on already existing resentments.

And that's what this is. Long-lasting general resentment benefitting from very specific and personal grudges.

You keep handling this as a military confrontation when that is nothing but the symptom of what's happening.

I don't care about whatever ideological differences the Insurgency split over. What I care about is how they turned into a boiling pot of resentment, and that we //keep feeding it//.
