++++ Full Employee Retention

The Full Employee Retention program has been started in response to the 2008 Funding Crisis, replacing the prior punishment system of amnesticization and termination of contract without benefits. The program will be overseen by the ████ █████████ Department.

Should an employee be found to be in unrecoverable breach of their contract, under the Full Employee Retention program, their contract is not to be terminated. The employee is instead demoted to D-Class personnel and amnesticized to remove any memory deemed unnecessary for their new position.

The benefits of the program can not be understated. The Foundation can make use of the full of its workforce at any point outside of KIA and MIA cases. The demotion also serves as a more direct incentive for employees to keep up their performance. Employees should nevertheless not be fully aware of the extent of the program and instead be led to see it as a special punishment only made for the most severe breaches of contract. Employee attention might otherwise focus too much on stopping the program.

Since the incident at SCP-9341, D-Class should additionally be transferred to a facility they have not worked at before for their new position, to stop fraternisation of D-Class with other personnel, and to stop the resurfacing of memories related to Site layout or other information usable for escape attempts.

The Full Employee Retention Program could be further expanded by replacing the Retirement Policy, but this motion has as of yet been denied by the Ethics Committee.
