On 04-18-1995, Dr. Barrikada Ulyanova, a junior researcher at Site-19, was subjected to a DNA test, as it was suspected that an anomalous pathogen capable of gene editing had spread within the area. The files of another four potentially living subjects were found with SCP-9140. None have since been located by the Foundation. They are not to be presumed dead, as their identities would have likely been obscured. These subjects have been entered in the Foundation Persons of Interest database.

Additional files were found for Subjects 01, 02, 04, 08, 10, and 14 with listed dates of death ranging from 12-30-1966 to 03-15-1984. All but two were determined to have died of natural causes. File 10 is of note, belonging to a subject given the name Anastasiya Ilyinichna Ulyanova. This subject -- a female who died at the age of 5, is presumed to have been Dr. Ulyanova's biological sister.

Also of note, a file belonging to a male listed as D. Z. Antipov refers to him as //Subject 11 of 20//, implying that the files of at least 9 test subjects are not in Foundation custody.

It is of note that during the administration of these tests, she showed signs of significant anxiety and psychological distress, asking multiple times to be given the results and expressing doubt when reassured that she was not being put in containment.
