= Camera recordings are currently being streamed from Site-69. Due to the time dilation, extreme weather conditions, and sudden massive unexpected power drain at the outer site boundary, the tendency for outbound signals to become trapped in Site-69's effective radius - stuck in an echo loop - is increased.
