|||| It is no secret to anyone in the know that the Three Portlands has changed significantly since the late 1980s. Ever since Amos and Ruprecht began pumping money into the city, it has transformed from a scattershot Georgist city-state into a sprawling, glittering metropolis that rivals Houston for both beauty and infrastructure. _

However, these changes created a ripple effect that trickled down into other anomalous communities. The Sidhe, once ritually tied to the Three Portlands because of Little Avalon, began a migration out once it became clear our magic was here to stay. I would say based on city census data, over half of them have left for Mexico City, with a few having settled in Eurtec. Our catalogue is focused on the former today. _

With so much Celtic influence flooding into an already superstitious Latin American space, it was no surprise that blossoms of extremely colorful magic emerged. Runic carving crossed with animistic and Catholic belief nearly excited me, as it’s been centuries since such collisions have occurred culturally from this specific ethnic group of fae descendants. _

I was given the “lucky” task of paying a visit to Mexico City to see what these could take the form of, as they could serve our clients both as novelties and our contractors as useful collateral. Few outside of the city have borne witness to these kinds of things, so it will be a new experience for all involved. _

||~ Purpose|| Summons the spirit of Saint Cajetan upon the user for positive luck regarding wealth for the next six months. Can also be used to reverse avarice demon curses. ||
||~ Ingredients||1 molcajete, 1 lodestone (any size bigger than the thumb’s fingernail), 3 four-leafed clovers, 5g of gold dust, 175ml of holy water, 1 sabino wood plank||
||~ Ritual Instructions|| Must be performed on a “cold” day, colder than the average temperature of a living human body. Mix clovers, gold dust, holy water and lodestone into the molcajete and grind. Grind until arm is tired or for three minutes, whichever is first, and pour onto plank. Take plank and set on a windowsill. Resulting sigil will form within thirty seconds. Burn after a week. ||

||~ Ingredients|| 125ml of milk, 3 tallow candles, 2 corn husks, 2 woolen rugs, 1 sabino wood cup||
||~ Ritual Instructions|| Must be performed on a day without a full moon. Light candles in a sacred space, drinking milk slowly over the course of thirty seconds. Spit out onto corn husks laid out beneath candles and wait for evaporation. Once completed, press husks over woolen rugs, implanting one foot on each. Wait for two hands to caress the cup and imprint the sigil, declaring the serpents of the heart to be cleansed. Burn all ingredients in the nearest hearth.||

||~ Purpose|| Creates optimal temperature conditions for artistic goods meant to be sold or auctioned off. These conditions are highly resistant to tampering by outside influences.||
||~ Ingredients|| 1 black rooster (alive), 1 magnet, 1 stone carving of the Virgin Mary, 2 chile cascabel, 1 Mexican clay flower pot, 120g of cojita cheese||
||~ Ritual Instructions|| Cannot be performed on any day where Mars and the moon are visible at the same time in the night sky. Take rooster and bleed it by the neck onto the cheese. Take cheese and place at the feet of the Virgin Mary carving and wait it for it to dissolve into a colorful puddle. Once done, discard carcass by disposing of it and the chile cascabels together into a pot near the room you want to stabilize. Let pot sit for 24 hours before using magnet to draw the lines of the sigil on the room’s door.||

||~ Purpose|| Transmutes lead into a laptop computer and chalk into corresponding charging cables.||
||~ Ingredients|| 250g of powdered lead, 300g of powdered chalk, 100ml of juniper berry syrup, 500ml of mezcal, 1 wooden spoon ||
||~ Ritual Instructions|| Take powdered lead and mix with juniper berry syrup. Mix then the powdered chalk and mezcal, allowing for both mixtures to sit until Venus is at its highest point in the sky. Combine and stir with a wooden spoon until a rolling boil is achieved, at which wait for the sigil to form on the hand and flash. Once complete, close eyes and the products will manifest around the bowl. The laptop’s model will be of the current year and its brand the highest quality.||

The fact these sigils aren’t drawn but rather signal the completion of the ritual is what sets them apart from traditional Celtic runes, which possess power in themselves.
