SCP-9000-ARC is held in a locked shipping container at all times; the container is filled with biodegradable loose-fill packing in the event of relocation. **Description:** SCP-9000-ARC is a concrete statue, spray painted white with Krylon brand paint. It depicts an androgynous nude figure, reclining while pointing to the north. **Origin:** SCP-9000-ARC was purchased from GoI-012 ("[[[marshall-carter-and-dark-hub |Marshall, Carter and Dark Ltd.]]]") during an auction in Italy. According to GoI-012, it was designed and produced by its defunct in-house art department. Internal records on its production were lost in the intervening years; there is apparently controversy within GoI-012, concerning whether it is a depiction of St. John the Apostle or the Virgin Mary (or, a composite entity). It was purchased for 447.60 pounds.
