Hello and welcome to this little series/canon of mine, which I have named "The World Kept Turning". 

In this canon, there are only two rules:

# [[[Quiet Days]]] is canon,[[footnote]] About as canon as a page can be without being explicitly within the canon. It's a foundational work to this series. [[/footnote]] and happened at some point around 2024.
# The world carries on.

As previously mentioned, this canon's two main rules are that Quiet Days happened, and the world carries on.

What does this mean? It is a way to explore the consequences of the anomalous disappearing.

Want to write about characters reacting to their now mundane lives? Cool. Want to write about the dying days of GoIs/the Foundation? Also cool. Want to write about how all the nexuses and free ports disappeared? Absolutely. Want to write about what happens to anomalous humanoids in containment? Feel free.

How it happened doesn't really matter. All that matters is that it happened, and life goes on.

The general vibes of this canon are somber and contemplative, so if that's not your jam, that's fine. But if it is, feel free to contribute. If you want to make your page greyscale like this one and the original series, put the following code into your sandbox:
