**A) Christmas Riots**
 **Location:** Rockefeller Center, New York City 
**Date:** December 23 1929

The suspect led a large group of negros to block the Rockefeller Center and surrounding commercial areas, accosting shoppers and passersby. Looting of local shops ensued. City police were overwhelmed by the rioters, leading the Rockefeller Center to hire Pinkerton Independent Security agents to disperse the crowd. Two agents were killed, with a further two wounded. The Federal government was forced to suppress news coverage of the incident to prevent widespread panic. Around two hundred negro rioters were arrested, however, Quincy escaped. The mob was found to be under the influence of mind-altering substances.

Plessy attempted to get on a radio broadcast; however, he was prevented from doing so by Federal agents. Blanc's whereabouts are currently unknown. The deal was declined by the UIU.

**Feb 25, 1996:** Mr. Potomac was designated as a ward of the state due to his mental condition. A report by Dr. Schroeder claims that Mr. Potomac is terminally ill: "He already looked like he'd been squeezed dry when we got him, yet somehow he's getting frailer... He's eating fine. I'm not sure what he's dying from. Whatever bits of his soul are left seem to be drifting away on the scents of his cooking and the whispers of his songs."
